Mulamda's Reruns platform allows users to upload and share videos with others. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Agreement, along with any other guidelines or policies that Mulamda may provide to you from time to time. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are over 13 years of age. You are solely responsible for any content that you upload or share on the Reruns Service, and you agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including, but not limited to:

• Promotion or distribution of copyrighted material without proper authorization or licensing.
• Sharing or uploading explicit or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Encouragement or participation in acts of violence, harm, or harassment towards others.
• Engaging in any form of illegal activities, such as drug trafficking, fraud, or hacking.

Mulamda reserves the right to investigate and terminate any account that violates this Agreement or engages in any illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.

Reruns Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and any Reruns trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials are owned by Mulamda. You agree not to use them without our express written permission. While Mulamba does not take ownership of the content you upload, you acknowledge that Mulamda may use your content for promotional purposes, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Mulamda provides the Service "as is" and without any warranty or condition, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content or user communications. Mulamda is not responsible for any damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.

Idemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mulamda, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

Mulamda may terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Service and delete any content that you have uploaded or shared on the Service.
